All custom orders Need to be scheduled in advanced. Our schedule fills up fast and we tend to book out a few weeks, so it is best to reserve your date as soon as you can. It is never too early!

We offer free Meet-Up or Delivery within a 20 mile radius.
We offer USPS Priority shipping within the state of Ohio only.
Shipping cost will be added to your invoice and the invoice must be paid in full, prior to the package being shipped.
We take great care in packaging the cookies to ensure they will arrive intact. No refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies, no refunds will be given due to carrier delays. Once the package has left our possession, it is out of our control.
You will receive an invoice along with a picture of your cookies, once they are completed. All payments must be paid in full prior to or during delivery/meetup.
For personalized or Logo cookies, you will receive an invoice to be paid in full, prior to us making your cookies.
